    Do I need to come to you?

    Sealed with a Stamp Notary offers Remote, Hybrid & Mobile services! We can come to your house, office, hospital, or meet at your local coffee shop whatever is most comfortable for you. Our NSA's are Federally Background checked and fully Bonded and Insured!

    Do I need to provide anything?

    Yes, we will require that you have a non-expired Government ID whether it be a Driver's License, Passport, Military or Identification card. We will provide all documents, and supplies to successfully complete your Notary signing.

    Do you offer Safety Protocols?

    Yes, all of our supplies are sanitized after each use to ensure that no germs are spread to the next signing.

    What services do you offer?

    We can handle all of your Notary needs! We are fully Certified and Licensed to oversee any Notarization needed.

    Why do you require my Fingerprint?

    In order to complete a Notary signing we have to record each Notarial Act in our Journals. A completed Journal entry will require that you provide your fingerprint. We provide the ink but do not worry it is not permanent, it will wipe right off!

    How long does a signing take?

    A typical Notarization can take up to 20 minutes. However, depending on the type document(s) or multiple Notarizations needed it could take up to an hour. We understand that your time is valuable and will complete the signing as quickly and accurately as possible.

    How much does it cost for a mobile notary?

    Arizona's industry standard pricing is $10 per Notarization + $.67 per mile round trip.

    However, Real Estate Signings & Estate Planning pricing is usually set per Title Agency & Law Firm.

    Dont worry All fees will be discussed and calculated before signing and fees are paid during appointment.

    How do you accept payment?

    We offer multiple options for payment. PayPal, (link on website) Cash, or Checks. (made payable to Sealed with a Stamp Notary) Whichever is convenient for you.
